Hello darkness my old friend...ok, so Simon and Garfunkel weren’t singing about going for an evening run in the British winter. But we are. And the one thing that’s a constant, beyond the cold, is the dark. It’s always bloody dark. Thanks to 2020 and our warm, brightly lit gyms being closed right now, more and more of us are heading out into the darkness.
